Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MayAssistant (the "Service"), an AI assistant for service-business owners operated by Level Three, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service (Beta)

MayAssistant connects to your email and calendar accounts (such as Gmail and Google Calendar) and uses AI to help you manage client relationships, correspondence, and scheduling. The Service is currently offered as a free beta: features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we may introduce paid plans in the future. We will give you reasonable notice before any feature you use becomes paid.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Google), you authorize us to access it as described in the Privacy Policy, and you must have the right to grant that access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
• Violate any applicable law, including email and privacy regulations (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR);
• Attempt to probe, breach, or circumvent security measures, or access data that isn't yours;
• Resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

4. AI-Generated Content

Maya uses AI to draft emails, summarize information, and take actions you request. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything Maya drafts or does on your behalf — especially emails sent to your clients and events added to your calendar. The Service is not a substitute for professional (legal, financial, or other) advice.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you provide and the data in your connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train generalized AI models.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, or discontinue the beta with reasonable notice. Upon account deletion, we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AS A BETA PRODUCT, THE SERVICE MAY BE INTERRUPTED, CONTAIN ERRORS, OR LOSE DATA — KEEP INDEPENDENT COPIES OF ANYTHING IMPORTANT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVEL THREE, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the effective date; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
