Privacy Policy

MayAssistant ("MayAssistant", "Maya", "we", "us") is operated by Level Three, LLC. MayAssistant is an AI assistant for service-business owners that connects to your email and calendar to help you manage client relationships, correspondence, and scheduling.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. MayAssistant is currently offered as a free beta; this policy applies to the beta and will be updated as the product evolves.

Information We Collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Connected account data. When you connect Gmail or Google Calendar (or Microsoft equivalents), we access messages and events as described in the Google user data section below.
• Content you provide. Chat messages you send to Maya, client records you add or import, feedback you submit, and settings you configure.
• Usage information. Basic technical logs and analytics (such as pages visited and errors) used to keep the service working and improve it.

Google User Data

MayAssistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google data we access

• Gmail messages — to read, search, draft, and (with your instruction) send email on your behalf.
• Google Calendar events — to show your schedule, check availability, and (with your instruction) create events on your behalf.

How we use it

• Google user data is used only to provide the assistant features you request — reading and summarizing your inbox, drafting and sending replies, surfacing client history, and managing your calendar.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Your data is processed by AI models solely to serve your individual requests.
• Humans do not read your Google user data except with your explicit consent, when required for security or legal compliance, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

How to revoke access

• Disconnect the account in MayAssistant under Settings → Email Accounts (or Calendar). This deletes our stored tokens for that account.
• Revoke MayAssistant's access at any time from your Google Account security settings.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the MayAssistant service.
• To personalize Maya's assistance using the client and business context you provide.
• To communicate with you about the service, including beta updates.
• To protect the security and integrity of the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run MayAssistant — hosting (Vercel, Fly.io), database and authentication (Supabase), and AI model providers that process your requests — each bound by their own confidentiality and data-processing obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. Connected-account tokens are deleted when you disconnect an account. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@iammaya.io, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, and access controls that restrict data access to what the service needs to operate. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

MayAssistant is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
